just wondering?

I have a 4" jack dempsey in a 55 gal. tank with another jack
that is littler. The 4" jack turned orange and has been that way
for at least a month. Just wondering if it it is sick or what because
the little one is just fine. any help?

Well, it could be that one of the Jacks is showing off it's color to the other one and is just now bringing out it's more true color. I know in my experience, I had a cross breed ram, crossed with a gold and a german blue, and it just started showing off it's true color recently when I added a german blue ram into the tank. Could be the same case.
