Rummy Nose Tetras in 15 Gallon

Hi all, I've been helping my brother to setup a new tank. It's 60cmx30cmx30cm (54 litre or 15 US gallons). Fully cycled with the help of my established tank - water parameters, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 10 nitrate.

We went to the shop yesterday to get his first fish, neon tetras were the plan but someone had just bought them all. He saw rummy noses then and bought 6. He is planning on getting 6 neons also next week.

I have read different opinions about minimum tank size for rummy noses. Will they be ok in his tank size? Thanks

They are very active so a 20g long would be the minimum I would suggest.
I wouldn't do more than 6 in his tank if he is keeping them.
