Is it normal for an anemone to deflate completely? This morning, one of my condy anemone is deflated and looks like it swallowed all of it's tentacles, then minutes later, i see it slowly inflating some (very few) of it's tentacles again...

Is it dying?

I have red legged hermit crrabs in the tank, is it possible one of the crabs got behind the anemone and started picking on it making the anemone act this way?

This is one of my irst few anemones, please advice TIA

ok nevermind, it revived itself almost 80 %... maybe it was just sleeping.. hmmm didn't know they do that.

Water is good when tested. Will do a water change later today anyway, maybe its its way of saying time to change the water.

Anemone's will contract to expel waste and control the amount of water in its body. I don't have any large one's in my tank, but do have several strawberry's. The'll suck all their tentacles in and be a little lump, then be fully open again a while later.
