Foxface with "sores"

I have a new fox faced rabbit fish. He had 3 or 4 small places on him that I've been watching. Today there is another, bigger spot on the other side. I can't find any pictures that look like it. Does anyone know what this is?

Any news on the Foxface? I have a one-spot Foxface and just noticed tonight that it has similar spots but mine on on his left side middle only. I was gone all day today and just noticed them now. They look similar to your pic's only in the middle of the fish.

No. He acts fine and eats good. The places seem to be healing but they are still there and he just doesn't look healthy.
