Help!

I moved my green chromis to a QT last night so i can change my substrate. I used the same water that was in my display tank so i know the water is good. This morning i woke up and Jr. (my fish) was rapidly finning and opening and closing his mouth rapidly. I have a powerhead that is providing plenty of top water so i think there should be enough 0xygen. Is this a sign of stress or is something wrong?

What are you using for biological filtration? Do you have LR you could move to the QT tank.

i have 20 lbs in a 10 gal tank. I went ahead and put in an air pump and also added some biological filtration addative....I'm thinking that it could be ammonia poisoning becasue the fish's fins are dark. I tested it and it isn't much above 0 if any at all.
