HELP - What worng with my Torch Coral?

HELP - What's wrong with my Torch Coral?

I had this green electric torch for about 4 months and was doing great. Last week I notticed that it stayed deflated/retracted for days and now it looks like this (see pic)? I dont know if its dying or growing a second head?

Looks like its dying. Did you place it up high when you first got it as your lights could have burnt it being too close?

yep it disintegrated today no I have always had in the same position near the bottom and seemed to flourish for months. I'm not sure what killed it bc I have a frogspawn and another electric nearby and they are still doing fine. I didn't see any signs of jelly so I don't think it could be brown jelly. I'm stumped.
