I had put a sally light foot crab in my tank had not seen it for a couple weeks I bought a hum triger and it found it the trigger removed its front legs and claws before I saw what was going on I have removed the crab and put it in my refugium for now do you think it might grow its legs back or is it death just days away ?

My sallylight foot Crab Had two legs removed a couple months ago and one month later they had grown back like brand new. He`ll be ok, just keep him away from that trigger or he might not have a body to go with those new legs. Have a good day

I have a smaller 29 gal tank with corals and emral crab coral banded shrimp and a couple damsel fish the sally if it survies will move into it. I thought I had heard they will grow back thanks for your response.
