mark on the side of my clown

A mark showed up on the side of my clown a few days ago. He is acting healthy and does not appear to be having troubles in any way. He hosting in a torch most of the day. Any idea what the mark is?

My guess would be a physical injury. I would just keep an eye on her and feed here selcon soaked foods and see if that helps.
