My mushroom is bleaching

Hi,

My mushroom coral was bleaching as it was so close to the light. I took him down two weeks ago and the color is slowly recovering. I wanted to know how long does it take to go back normal? And what are the green spots on them?

Could just be a change in coloration. The second guy looks like a feather duster.

Thanks all, I googled the two names and i think its a duster feather.
