I bought a goldflake yesterday and he had red gills then and still now. Is this something to worry about? TIA

Could be - poor water chemistry will redden the gills and some bacterial infections will also.

Is it breathing fast, heavy? Please post Ph, temp, NH3, NO2, NO3 and SG

Its not breathing fast at all. Just the gills are a little red. And for the water its not that good compared to my main tank because its the qt tank. But I do change the water everday in the qt tank to control the nitrates. The ammonia is just bearly .1
