What should I do about this Toadstool? Help if possible

I bought this toadstool a week ago at an LFS. Since i put it in my tank it has yet to open up and realese it's tentacles. It also just lays over and doesnt stand up. I have enclosed a pic. My SG is 1.024, ammonia 0, nitratre 0, nitrite 0 ph is 8.2 and i have no idea what to do. My polyops also wont open up. I have a 96 watt powerquad system on my 35 gallon hexagon tank....please help

First i would get him off the bottom of the tank. Maybe put him up in some rock. He may also be stressed from the move. Give him some time

ive had him on rocks for the entire week so i tried putting down there today
