Wrasse has Ich!! What Do I Do?

My Wrasse has ich and its rather bad. I dont know what to do because theres no way for me to catch him. My tank is a reef so I cant medicate. Will him having ich give it to all my fish? or will they be ok as long as they are healthy and happy?

2x Osc Clowns
Scooter Blenny
Royal Gramma

Them being healthy will help but most likely they will come down with it also. You really need to get that wrasse out of there pronto before the parasites drop off into you tank. good luck

hes just so impossible to catch I dont know what im going to do. I may have to tare my tank apart to get him out...

If you can get one corner or side clear of obstacles, you may be able to herd it into that area and then drop a partition in behind. This is the only way we were able to catch a Damsel a while back. Once trapped in a smaller area with nowhere to hide, netting is a lot easier!
