Angelfish. Fin rot?

Came from work and I noticed that my angelfish have a separate fin. . Is this fin rot? The fish is active and eating there's no sing of illness. Tank 29g ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 20-25

I have corys neons tetras and 1 dwarf gourami. Maybe the gourami did it, I saw him attacking my angelfish

I've had bn catfish fins heal pretty quick not quite that quick though.
