Building nursing tank and guide for treatments

Building a nursery tank for my goldfish. What's recommended in the nursing tank, I have purchased a 15-gallon tank because my goldfish get sick and die sometimes. I would like to give my fish a second chance in life by building a Nursery tank and understanding some of the basic treatments.

Here are the most common issues that my goldfish get sick with.
Swim bladder disease
Fin rot
Laying at the bottom of the tank stressing out because there sick.
