Butterfly ram with whire spots on his forehead

Hi, pair of german blue rams pretty small and had fry. Ate them and then the male got some white dots under his forehead skin. Isolated him and heated a little higher and hope the feed he missed out on, and removal of Chinese algae eaters will help. After a day he is good with no further inflammation. Looks pale but active. Fish shop dude said lesions common and no threat to community. Want to be sure after all the horror stories on the net about symptoms.

This is fairly true due to them being a week strain. I have one of these long fins and you need to feed quality food and keep the water in good shape weekly water changes.
