Columbian shark behavior?

My shark is spending more time at the surface than bottom dwelling. He swims back and forth kinda slowly then has random bursts of speed. Nor does he seem to be eating. What can I do?

Yep, check your water asap. If you dont have a kit, i recommend the api freshwater master kit. How often do you do water changes? I would do a 50% change asap.
