Cut fish?

First post here so hi all!

My Pakistani loach got stuck in the eye of a submarine (don't ask so I gave him a bit of help to get out. However in he process of doing this I think it may have cut him. He had a white patch on his body for a few days (where he got stuck) but this has faded into what looks like a cut...



Since this he just stays inside a cave ornament with very little movement and doesn't seem to be interested in food...

Any ideas?

the white patch was probably the start of a fungal infection from an open wound.

I'd quarantine with water changes and if the fungus is still there get some meds to treat fungus.
