Hi, a while ago my goldfish got sick with cotton wool disease, slime disease and reddened fins. I moved them to a 60 gallon tank in which they all got better when I treated them with pimafix and melafix in the the new tank and are all healthy now. I rinsed out the old tank with water dried it out and packed it away. My question is will the disease germs still be in the old tank?
Thanks in advance

I don't know how to change the about me, but the biorb is the old tank, that is packed away, and I want to put a betta in it. My goldfish tank is fully cycled.

As long as you make sure to rince it out with warm water and scrub it real good (without using soap of course) you should be fine putting another fish in it. :)

If you're worried, you can wash everything with white vinegar (straight, or mixed with warm water). Rinse well. For added bonus, dry in the sunshine (really). It's a nice cleaner either way. :)
