GBR with big lump my mouth?

My GBR developed this lump by her mouth. What is it? Cure or euthanize?

Looks like lymphocystis from the picture, it's a viral infection with no know cure(like a cold). More often than not it goes away as quickly as it came, keep the nitrates below 10ppm and the stress as low as possible.

Thank you Hukit. Glad i didn't euthanize her since it's non-lethal. She's acting normal and eats so there's no other symptoms others than that nasty looking bump.
