Gourami With Bump?

I just noticed today that my dwarf gourami has two bumps near the top of his head on both sides, just above his gills. The bumps are blue, just like the color of the fish. And, he is eating and swimming normally. The bumps aren't that noticeable, but still noticeable. I don't know what it is! Should I be worried about it?

I have the same problem. my beta has a bump on the top of its head
