Guppies

Can someone tell we what's wrong with my guppies. They swimming in top of the tank. I did a 50% water change last night like every week. But it seem they're acting odd today they are near the heater

Was the change water of similar temp? I've had them hang near a heater even though the temp gauge only went down a degree of two.

Is that the photo or is there white on edges of some of their fins?

Yes that's the photo, I think it was because to the temperature them seems to be doing fine today
