Guppy. Weird disease? Maybe Hemorrhagic Septicaemia

Hello everyone, I noticed blood or open wounds my guppy. I have isolated her into a jar for the night. I'm wondering what this could be or if I need to treat my whole tank or how too? Please help

Hemorrhagic Septicaemia maybe?

She has has torn fins looks like it could be fin rot but I know its also a sign of Hemorrhagic Septicaemia?

Fish can have multiple issues at once. Was she getting picked on by the other fish?
