Help, ick treatment not working, what to do

This is my betta after 1 week of super ick cure. Not helping, simply getting worse. Have removed all the gravel, 50% change of water every other day before medicating, salt added, temp at 90, what else can I do? I'm stumped and sad for this guy.

Hmmm. it appears to be ICH. A week of 90 degrees should have somewhat diminished the ICH. But there is also Velvet disease. Velvet disease is very similar to ICH in appearance: Velvet (fish disease) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia API General cure should take care of Velvet.
