Help with new Oranda Wen

I noticed this growth yesterday. I have had him for about a week. He's in a 55 gallon with two other goldfish and water is fine. I can't tell if this is normal wen growth or some kind of bacteria or fungus as this is my first Oranda. Please help. Here's a link to my youtube video of him. The white spot is going down and getting smaller! I was just worried because it was red around it so I thought maybe some kinda infection. I love him/her! Ty for the response!
