I saw this white spot on my gold Mickey mouse platy's tail this afternoon when I was adding 2 otocinclus and a gold mystery snail to my tank.
Is it ich? I added her and a black Molly on the 13th of this month, and I'm pretty sure she did not had it. If it is ich what's the best medicine out there to treat it and not harming my 2 beautiful snails, or the rest of the fish.
Thank you!

It could be. Honestly it's hard to tell from the pic. To treat ich all you need to do is:
Increase temp slowly over a day or so up to 86-88F.
Increase aeration (warmer the water, the less oxygen).
Increase gravel vacs and water changes to help remove the free floating stage.
Leave the temp up for at least 1 week after the last spot is seen.
Don't use anything from that tank on another unless it's been cleaned thoroughly to avoid cross contamination.

Got it! So I'm guessing no need for meds because of the snails right? Just warmer water?

No need for meds because a) you've caught it early and b) because you really don't need meds to cure ich, no matter what species you have.
