is my fish ok?

I have a ten gallon freshwater tank with one gourami (i forget which gourami he is) and a bunch of zebra Danios. yesterday i noticed the gourami looks hurt. I don't know if its a disease or if he's been getting picked at. I know that my little Danios LOVE their food and go nuts for it so i can see them fighting for the food. I'll post a picture. If anyone has advice or something to say about please do. I would like to hear your opinion.

Looks more like disease to me maybe somebody else can help?

By the look of things like you said they fight for there food so maybe it's an injury to that area from fighting. I if I get a clearer picture I can get a better idea.

I will try to get a better picture today if i can, but I'm just using my phone so its tough. these Danios were born in our tank we raised them from the start, i don't know if that would make a difference or not but i thought i would mention it

QT if possible and treat with Melafix. Looks to be a fight over food
