my red zebra African cichlid

I have a red zebra African cichlid and he/she looks like she's pooling out these weird balls that are orange. They are all bundled up and together. What is it? Is it eggs poop disease?

I also have 2 other red zebras of the same size in the tank

Honestly It would be very hard to get a pic. But it seems healthy and the things hanging out are orange and not exactly round but are all compacted together. It also hasn't been eating regularly.

Usually if its poop is anything besides normal, its a sign of a parasite. Is it skinny? Bloated? Missing scales?

Nope! It seems perfectly healthy except hasn't been eating regularly. Its behaviors haven't changed either.
