Neon Tetra disease?

I have a school of 7 Neon Tetras. One of them seems to be quite a bit fat compared to the rest, and if viewed from above, would be shaped a bit like the letter C.

Other than that, he appears to be fine. He schools with the rest, has no problems swimming or eating.

Are these signs of NTD or is he just a bit different?

some fish just over feed and get fat
