Long story:
I went on vacation during christmas and when I came back about 9 days later, my Opaline Gourami had a permanent weird blackening on the left side of the face, her appetite and behavior is the same though. Her feces seems to be either red or clear casings and she goes quite often. She's eating normally, but I'm not sure if this is a color change happening 'sunburn' from the light being on by the person watching the fish, or some other problem I should be worrying about.

Opaline gourami looks like the phantom of the opera, feces is red or clear/white casings. Started over christmas vacation.
Ammonia - 0ppm
Nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrate - ~20ppm
