Poorly swollen cory eye

Hi please see pics attached.
noticed this guys eye is swollen and almost white. Could this be injury or worse? he is acting absolutely fine and normal.

looks like Popeye , when my tang had Popeye I used Tetracycline in my qt took him about 2 weeks to fully recover, this medication works in both freshwater and saltwater
I recommend using a qt tank as this stuff turns the water orange and will kill all the beneficial bacteria in the main tank
