Red spot on balloon molly

1~What type of fish is afflicted? Balloon Molly. Red spot on both sides of body just before the tail. Looks like a deep rash or bruise.
2~What are your tank parameters (ammonia=zero, nitrites=zero, temp=81, pH=7)
3~ How large is the tank? 29 gallons, 4mos old
4~What type of filtration are you using? Eheim Ecco 2232 Cannister
5~How many fish are in the tank? 21
3 Balloon mollys, approx. 1"
3 Silver L/T mollys, approx. 1"
1 Gold molly, approx. 1"
3 Glow light tetras, less than 1"
3 Buenes Aires tetras, 2-approx. 1", 1 less than 1"
2 Red Platys, less than 1"
1 Serpae tetra, approx. 1"
1 Siamese algae eater, approx. 1"
1 Plecko, 3-4"
3 Rainbow Boesmani, 2-approx. 1", 1-approx. 1/5"

6~When is the last time you did a water change and vacuum the gravel? 5 days ago. Change every 2 weeks. Remove 30-40% at a time.
7~How long have you had the fish? 2months.
8~Have you added anything new to the tank.? No
9~What kind of food have you been feeding your fish, have you changed their diet recently? Flakes, Bloodworms, Brine Shrimp. Recently added New Life Spectrum
 
Sorta looks like maybe a red gravid spot. Has it been spreading or getting worse? When did you first notice this? I've seen livebearers (esp guppies) with red gravid spots before. I'm not too sure if its normal or bad... I would continue to observe it for now to see what progresses.

It's probably getting close to a week now that this has been there. It hasn't gotten any worse...it's been about the same size all along.

Could this be caused by some sort of "blockage"? Would peas help?
