Sick clown loach

Hey guys

I'm new here but I really need some help! I recently bought a clown loach from a terrible pet store and he is really sick he has a big lump on his head that has red and white stuff coming out of it kinda like a pimple well I have him in seperate tank with some tonic salt I don't know what else to do all he does all day and all night is lay down on his side, he does not eat or anything just stays on his side it makes me really sad what can I do to help him get better???

you might want to try re-posting in the appropriate section, sounds like an ulcer type thing, I would recommend a fungus/finrot chemical, but not so sure about them anymore, wait for advice from another member, good luck, your on the right track!
