How long should I keep my Cory in a hospital tank if he seems ok?

Depends on what the issue was.

I found him stuck upside down in my hornwort. Swim bladder. Thought he was dead. I have been treating him for about 5 days.

In general, I like to leave fish out of the tank for about a week to make sure they are ok and don't have anything that can be passed on. If you are certain it was a swim bladder issue, I think you can put him back as soon as he seems normal since swim bladder issues are typically from constipation.

Not certain. I have a tetra w pop eye as well. I have been treating w maracyn, life guard, and green peas.
