Skinny tetra?

Hi guys. I just noticed while I was feeding my gold pristella tetras that one guy looks super skinny. Any ideas?
Currently 8 of them in a ten gallon (temporary!!) 4m 4f all are eating no sickness but this guy just looks way too skinny. I feed them flake food, tropical granules, new life spectrum small fish formula supplemented with brine shrimp, bloodworms, and tubifex and he seems to go after food and chow down just fine.
Trying to load a video but it won't work.

Might be a difference in males and females?

The other males are significantly more filled out than that one guy

Yes he probably had parasites in the past but not much you can do about it now
