Slug like thing?

I found this tiny slug like thing clinging on to the glass of my aquarium. It was about 2mm long and kind of translucent. I can't find any pictures of anything like it on the internet. I removed it strait away obviously but could there be more? and how would i go about removing them?

I recently had a fish die of whole in the head, could this slug like thing be something to do with it?

Can you post a pic of it? There are several types of parasites but I can't think of any off the top of my head that look like that.

A limpet maybe?

Fish that die from hole in the dead die from prolonged exposure to poor water conditions, not a disease. (rarely)

It is probably a Planaria or something like it, I get them in my native tank quite often. The fish usually make quick work of them, but what I can salvage I feed to my fry.
