Tiger barb with possible fin rot.

One of my tiger barbs has what I'm very sure is fin rot. It's missing it's entire tail. Help please. I'm sorry about the poor picture. I cant get him to stay still my tank levels are normal, and the temp is 78.

I have 3 rosy barbs, 1 rosy glass barb, 3 total tiger barbs, 1striped peacock eel and 1 rubber lipped pleco. The ammonia, migrate are 0 and ph is 7.4. Here is a better picture. Thanks for the help.

It's fin rot I recommend doing daily water changes and getting meds for fin rot as soon as possible.

Ok, will do thanks. Just wondering, is it contagious to the rest of the fish in the tank?

No but u need to fix the root cause or it will spread google it it can be over feeding fin nipping etc.
