weird guppy behavior

I have had my 38 gl tank set up about two months now and last time i checked the parameters they were all spot on but unfortunatley i have ran out of test equipment, but i have noticed today that one of my guppies is pecking at my koi and also the kissing gourami which they have never done this before and also the koi keeps shooting from one side of the tank to the other in the previous days but now it seems to just be staying still. any advice would be great. thanks mike

What are all of the fish in the tank? A koi is very large for a 38 gallon and its a cold water fish. Guppies and gouramis are tropical

yes i do understand that now lol. i have spoke to many people about this and the fish shop i bought it from said it would be fine and i have a good friend who is an avid keeper of all types of fish who said never use that shop again as they are just after your money no matter what happens to the fish. i have, tiger barbs, swordtails, corys, guppies, gouramis oh and also another non suitable fish the shop sold me which i am trying to re home. a pangasius catfish :/

Sounds like the guppies are just being...guppies haha. Guppies can get curious and weird and I'm sure they are just being the little goofballs that they are. Get your water parameters checked ASAP though because I am suspecting the water parameters are not spot on with that stock in a 2 month old tank.
