I would agree that the behavior is fighting. As to the fish not eating, fish will stop eating when they are constantly stressed, so it could have been a continuation of that.
Not sure on the spot. Could be ich. Could be a finray fracture or some other infection. I would monitor it and look out for anything similar on your other fish.
