Whats going on with my flowerhorn!?

Hey guys i need some quick advice! Im not sure what is going on with my flowerhorn cichlids head! I recently moved home and the pH is significantly higher at home. Could this be part of her adjustment? No tankmate is picking on her. Water levels are all within great ranges. Help me help her!!
