I fear it's the end for my guppy. She seems "bottom heavy" and resting on the floor most of time. :( here are some pics

Looks like she going to explode or something!!!! My fav guppy "tiger"

Wow that looks bad!! Do you test your water? It looks like ammonia burn or something!
Lets get the basics down to get the background

Did you cycle?
How long as the tank been set up?
What are your water parameters?
What do you test with? Liquid or strips?
Is your tank heated?
What is the tank size?
What are the tank mates?
How often do you do water changes?
When was the last one?
Do you use a dechlorinator, such as Prime or Water Conditioner?
How long has she been like this?
How long have you had her?

Is there another tank you can move her to immediately?

Yea I cycled the tank. Was going for 4 wks before added fish. Results where Nitrites 0 nitrates 20 ammonia was 0.25 ph has been 8-8.2. Was told that ammonia could b a false reading as never got down to 0?
using api master test kit. Using prime. I started off with 12 guppies sunday now I'm down to 4. Plus fry.
Yep it's heated - 27oC. Since having fish just under a week I've done two 25% water changes. Including the one yesterday cause nitrates where between 20-40. Everything has stayed the same other wise.

I noticed her like this yesterday Morning. I thought last night it would be kinder just to let her go not and not suffer anymore. :(

Everyday I have at least one fish that's died. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Wondering whether fish keeping is for me or I just kill them all. :(

All other fish look ok swimming round eating. But they all look ok till I come down the next morning. :(

What was the ratio of males to females? You need at least 3 females for every male, because they are RELENTLESS breeders and will harass the females to death if there aren't enough.
Some males are incorrigible- I had a male that nipped at every female in the tank, chased the other males, and shredded the pectoral fin of a leopard danio to a bloody stump. I got rid of him, because as stunning as his colours and pattern was, I didn't want to breed from him in case I ended up with a tankful of 'piranhas' .
Dead fish will spike your ammonia, and at such a high ph it is more toxic than if you had a neutral ph.
Unless there is ich in the tank, I wouldn't set the heater above 26c. The hotter the water, the less oxygen it can hold.
All of those stressors may have combined and snowballed to the point you now find yourself at.
Also, how big is your tank, and what sort of filtration are you running?

Hmmm after rereading your posts, it seems you did a fishless cycle for 4 weeks then added the 12 guppies. Is this correct? If so that would have been too much bioload for your BB to convert. Fish need to be added slowly.
I would do daily water changes of 30-50% to get the ammonia to zero, and add a stronger dose of prime to detoxify the ammonia.

I did have 6f 4m but one male died coming back from the shop. Now with them all dying I have 2m 2f. Plus fry. I don't get fry are all living (in same tank but in breeding box thing) yet d adults are dying. I will turn heater down. I do have air/ bubbles going in tank. Im not going to buy anymore until I get to the bottom of why fish dying.
I have a peate ball in there which doesn't seem to be working as have gravel (think that's why ph is high)

Ok thanks. I will do this later. And add higher dose of prime.

Are you able to separate the males until your tank has stabilized and you are able to get a few more females?
What kind of gravel do you have? Unless it is crushed coral or a specialist substrate for African cichlids, its unlikely to be the cause of such a high ph. What is the ph of your tap water?
If you had a death before you got them home, they may have already been weak and/or stressed before you got them. Some fish just don't survive the processes they have to endure before they end up in your tank :-(

Can't remember the make of the gravel. Tap water is 7.2 or 7.4 can't remember. I've only got fake plants in there. Shipwreck and couple bridge things. Could only think its the gravel making the ph high. Not able to move any fish as don't have another tank. Won't be able to get 1 till least Wednesday.
