This one looks like an Lta, long tenicled anemone.

Does it have a greyish mucus cacoon surrounding the base?

it has a greyish colored cyliinder type thing that is attached to a rock. i wouldnt say mucus or cacoon ,but i cant see it to good as the very bottom is mostly under a rock

if it is a long tenicle anemone will a clown fish host it??

If you ever get the opportunity for a better pic please post it. It really does look more like a Pachycerianthus sp. than anything else though.
