Long tip anemone. It will move to where it feels comfortable so don't mess with it

No way condy nems have purple tips and the tentacles are whiter. I'm sticking with long tentacle

What color would that be considered?

Greenish brown. What kind of lights do you have over the system? Nems need mature stable tanks and strong lighting

T-5's and my tank is about 8 months old. Also why would my it's mouth be openm

Now that I'm looking at it from my PC and not my phone, that would be a long tentacle. Sometimes the phone is just too small for my eyes.
When it comes to feeding anemone, I never personally suggest it. It can be stressful for anemone to eat when they try to consume something too large. They have the ability to get what they need from your lighting and by randomly catching some food when you feed your fish. No reason to directly feed.
