Bristle worm or fire worm?

Took me a few days to catch it... also missing a fish and a few crabs. Big enough to kill?

Bristle worm and no, not a killer, they're natural scavengers. Free member of your cuc, if your seeing a bunch of big ones it's a sign your over feeding the tank.
