bad picture but he is faster than anything ive ever seen and has good eyesite. his legs look like bristle worms legs but his body is segmented and looks hard. he does not strech like them and clearly has eye and mouth.little antenas on his head.

any clue?

Beautiful worm but not always coral friendly so he should be watched. I'd say you have yourself a eunicidae worm. :)
There was a member here with a beautiful picture of one in his gallery. If I remember his name was Brad. He had one for a long time without a problem by hand feeding the worm. And it was specific about which coral it liked.

Aren't those the things that get over 7 feet long or is that a different species?

I saw a thing on a website about where a guy put in 100 pounds of live rock, and a few years later he found a huge black worm like that that was about 6-7 feet. Off topic I know, but I just remembered that.
