Crab ID please

This tinny little guy came with my LR and I just found him today, Its just about 1/4 inch.

Today I finally capture the crab, I think he was eating my zoas. Maybe with the new pictures will be easier to get and ID

Are the spots on it's body orange or purple? If orange, maybe it's a Gaudy Clown Crab (Platypodiella spectabilis), a young one? If it is, get it out because it eats zoanthids.

The spots are purple.

Sounds like a refugium crab to me

Looks like a type of xanthid crab. They eat coral. Pop him in the refugium!

Usally i wont post.... looks like a scarlet reef hermit in an odd shell
.. id keep it in dt till i thouhgt other wise.

It is a matrix crab. You might not ever find the exact color online as yours, but it is the body style you want to look at. The 4th picture is as close as you'll ever get IMO.
