Cyano on live rock?

I do water changes 7-10 days. 10g change in a 75g. Ciphon the sand, feed one cube daily to a hippo tang, and 3 damsels. Currently adding 20lb new live reef sand slowly over the next few days as well. Want to get my tank perfect before adding new livestock. Any advice? Had the tank for 5 years now but taking it more seriously now.

Is one cube of emerald entree frozen food too much?

Way too much. I feed my reef tank one cube every 3 days. I have a coral beauty, pair of clowns, marine betta, lubbock's fairy wrasse, marine betta, and a lawnmower blenny.
