What is this. It's on my glass right now. To keep or remove???its super small and was hard to focus on. Moves forward from the round part not the two antennae looking end. Thanks for any replies.

Could be a young slug or flatworm..

That is a flatworm. They can simply be sucked out with some airline tubing.

Thanks guys. It is no more. Definitely a flat worm when I looked up pics. So do you know if this was a harmful one as I am sure where there was one there will be more.

Yup... Flatworm. Have you added any new rock recently? Even if not new, those things can hitch a ride in a rock and stay in there for a while.
