Could anyone tell me what this is? Just noticed it this morning.

The little what looks like a zoa on the rock?

Yes that's it, It looks a little like a zoa but the base is tall not flat on the rock.

If you touch it, does it retract into the rock?

It retracts back into the base. Feather duster?

It is really hard to see, but if it retracts into a tube it is a tube worm like a feather duster. If it retracts into the rock, it'd be a glass anemone.
