I just found this worm trying to get out of the rock and go into a nother one. Plase tell me that this thing is safe or very bad.

Does it sort of unroll like a sock? If so, it is probably some sort of Sipunculan and it is harmless.

I just found 2 more of these things. Now I have a total of 3 of them are you sure their safe. They seem like its spreading fast.

bound_for_obx is right on the money. They are rock boring worms and completely safe for your tank. They are commonly called peanut worms and they feed on detrius.
