New Critter

Hi Guys and Girls

I just got some live sand from LFS and it was full of featherdusters ... But there is something I cant identify.

So here goes... some sort of worm I guess stays just below the sand surface with very thin red feelers that wisp around just above the sand Any ideas. I cant get a pic of him. Thanks
